I was on the A Train minding my own business when I read this article in the NY Times about Sugar being “toxic” that really screwed up my day….being an “all things sweet” enthusiast the article had me contemplating life and what was the meaning of sucrose & glucose to me…..Since then I have been second guessing every sugar laced decision…
